Hi Storm the rivet squishing (non technical term by the way ha ha 0 is something MTC did and never welded them (at least some of there's) also rivets are designed to be set flattened and never are welded on aircraft and trucks and so on, Just because someone does it doesn't mean its the right way, Just because you read it somewhere doesn't make it the wright way ,,Loads of wrong info on the net , Later Mike
