    Cam Motion gs 1100 application

Can the engine builders or anybody who has tried them share what engine combos work well with the different grinds?

What are you looking for? There is so many different reasons to use different cam combos. N/A motors work well with a larger higher lift intake and a shorter duration and a smaller .020 to .030 lift longer duration exhaust cam. I never run the same size intake and exhaust cam unless I am building a nitrous motor or forced induction and even then the exhaust has more duration.
also Cam Motion is no longer making motorcycle cams Star racing bought up all their inventory not much left. They have a nice Street combo left I would like to get for my yellow GS but I not sure if they will have any by next summer when I am ready to put my ported head on. They are the G21 and G5 380/360 is a nice combo for a GS stock valves ported head with springs and titanium retainers with a little bigger higher compression pistons. You don't have to change to shorter guilds if when you recut the valve seat you cut them .020 deeper in the seat and use the APE retainers to allow for even more clearance. You get extra .040 of clearance doing this.

Maybe something like your talking about. I have a g21 but it's the ex. I don't know what engine combo it would work well in. I'm also saving up for a 1260 low and a 1260 hi compression. None will have big valves or nitrous 27-28-29.5 intake. and 23 or 24 ex. Motor I'm working on now is an 10.5-11 to 1 1325 mostly low miles street bike with cm g3s. Thinking of upgrading to g21 trying to do on a budget and got a deal on the g21 ex

that G21 works well with the Web 479 .400 lift cam but unless you gonna increase the valve size I would not use them.
That is the same combo I use on a GSXR/Bandit 30/26 valve head with 41mm Keihins
