    Dyno jet stg 3 ?

When you remove the vent tubes, do you remove the whole T vent tube or just the rubber tubes that connect to the T vents?

    just the rubber hoses.

I am sure the o-rings on those vent tubes are bad, would this cause carb issues you think?

The only reason your vent tubes would have o-rings is to keep moisture out. A little extra venting from poor sealing o-rings would not change a thing. I've read that if you have a pressurized air box, then removing the vent tubes is pointless. Removing them will just make it easy for moisture to enter.
IF YOU INSTALL POD FILTERS, the older VM carb equipped bikes perform better by removing the vent tubes.
And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!
