Oh my bad you just wanted the top end. Sorry about that.
well you should be able to take the total cylinder size divided by the compression ratio, then divide that result by 4 to get the combustion chamber size for each piston.
for the gs1100
1074/8.8= 122. Now that should be the combined volume of all four combustion chambers.
122/4= 30.5 cc. That should be the combustion chamber size for 1 cylinder
