Intermediate bar between stock and Daytona?
My '82 GS1100E has "Daytona" bars on it (original receipt for the bars calls them that). I also have the original stock bars for the bike. The stock bars feel too high and back and the Daytonas are a bit too low and far forward. Can anyone recommend a bend that is in between these two? Thanks1982 GS1100EZ, second owner, 11,000 miles

Renthal 754. Check there website and do some measuring. I like the bends and height on these but I have long arms.Current Rides: 82 GS1100E, 00 Triumph 955 Speed Triple:twistedevil:, 03 Kawasaki ZRX1200, 01 Honda GL1800, '15 Kawasaki 1000 Versys

That's a tough one. A European Touring bar has more pullback (4.8" vs 3") but less rise (2.4" vs 5.36") than a Daytona Bar (based on Bikemster specifications). That combination might work for you, but if you are already finding the Daytona bars too low, I suspect not.'83 GS650G
