you want to install a big bore set of jugs at a later date. How will the stockers fit back in if the cases are bored???
Arent the cases needed for some sort of support or alignment to the bottom portions of the sleeves????

Scotty, While I don't know about the Suzuki, the Kawasaki's have dowel pins at the base of the block to locate it on the cases. The holes in the cases are just clearance for the sleeves. There again I'm not sure what Suzuki uses here but it must be similar. Mike
