    78' gs1000 speedo K factor?

    Hi, anyone know off hand what the k factor is for the speedo, ive read for the tach its 4:1 Im putting aftermarket analog gauges. Also, I plan on 17" rims. Thanks

    it is 4:1. Not sure if it helps, but I know dohc Honda 4's are the same.

        K Factor? This is a term I've never heard. They are usually advertised as tach being 4:1 and the speedometer being something along the lines of 2240 = 60 mph?????
        Don't quote me on that, that's really scratching my memory banks but it was something along those lines.
