    GS1100 crank/rods in GS1000

Was draggin my old motor out to see what it looked like (been sittin for 13 years) and decided to snap a pic of the broken crank

Never mind the grime and dog hair. Notice the nice pretty tig weld. The pin spun anyway. This is the very section that has to be modified in order to fit the 4v crank in the 2v motor......$800 crank......for the 2nd time. Only thing that ever broke in my motor except for the clutch basket. Gonna put a GS 1000 crank back in it with the 1100 4v rods......Notice how much the upper case is bored to run the 1238 wiseco kit with a big block.......BadBillyB

If you have a dog, you can't be all that bad.
