    Nitrous controller

Just looking for some input on controllers. I have bought an 83 1100 with an 1150 engine punched out to 1397cc. The bike comes with the nitrous but not the controller. It is a 75hp shot of nitrous and this is going to be on a no bar bike. Any input would be helpfull

I'm just getting my feet wet with my 1395 and can't imagine a 75 hp hit from n2o. I think your going to need a set of bars or your going to see the moon alot How about a extended swingarm at the least.

What ever you do be sure to lets us know how it runs.

      N2O controller

i think schnidt's makes a gear counter that works awesome. You know,,10hp in 1st,25hp in 2nd,50hp in 3rd,75 in 4th. or whatever you deam you and your bike can handle.but it's been my experience that you generally don't want to give much juice in 1st or 2nd unless you want to be laying on your back.even at that my 91 1100 had 100hp on it.when it came in in 3rd it lifted the frt.16" of the ground and stayed there most of the pass.so ease into it and be prepaired!!!Nitrous is awesome on a bike, but it'll get ya if your not carefull.

Go to the Schnitz Racing website and look at their controllers. You can call them with questions...Having a controller when running nitrous is the ticket.

My buddy made almost 600hp with no bars and a street tire..You'll be fine.

I have aother friend who makes about 400hp with no bar and a slick.

        Both bikes are long, however.

i knew my spelling didn't look right.(schnitz)was in a hurry,no time to check.GSBILL is right, controller is THE way to fly!! We use them to control the 350hp we use on our 8.48 sec. Camaro. And my '91gsxr was stock length, stock susp.,1235cc,ran 8.96 on juice.Very wheelie happy.I will be using one(controller) on my newest GS project, for sure.
