It's not running on 4 cylinders.

Came here to say the same thing.

Checking valve clearance is not “rebuilding”. It’s required periodic maintenance, and part of owning any motorcycle. Do it yourself or pay someone to do it for you (if you can find someone to do it).

Yes my thought was it sounded like something serious in the motor. Now that I was able to

1 change the oil and filter.
            2.remove and clean carbs.
            3.change the spark plugs,
            4. removed and did not accomplish much in removing the dent from the pipe maybe some.
            5. fixed and rewired the rear turn signals and rear light.
            6. replaced the front forks/axle/rim.
            7.replaced the handle bars.
            8. replaced the battery.

With these small things I was able to get this bike out of the corner of the garage and off the blocks it was on. Its now able to be moved/ loaded / took to someone to evaluate or repair, but it most likely will be pushed back into the corner and forgotten for awhile. I was hoping there wasn't anything wrong with the motor.

When you cleaned the carbs did you use the rebuild tutorial linked in my signature? Did you check for spark on each cylinder?

I did not use the rebuild tut. The smaller jets in 2 of the carbs are completely stripped so i just removed the larger ones and ran a bunch of air and ether through the smaller ones.
Yes i checked each plug to head for spark.

The idle air screw ( I think it is) is stripped on one of the carbs. Missing that screw/nut from post # 5 that goes on the carbs that controls the throttle butterfly. So the carbs need some professional work or replaced like other things.
