The bike is at Kris V's house and I am parting out the L to purchase a blue 83 GS1100 E roller from Posplayr (Jim)1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

I got the 83 GS1100E running and is waiting on the L (1230 motor)to get to Santa Barbara from Tehachapi. It will be together soon.

My two bikes are being delivered to my by Kris V on Friday. I got all the electrical and Jim's engine dialed in for him. The 1230 motor is going in to the 83 GS1100E very soon.
I also have to but my Progressive springs in the front forks and do the seals. Thanks to thecafekid I have a real nice set of front forks to work with.
Put my Progressive HD springs on a nice set of shocks thanks to Saltymonk.
Change over to my good rubber.
Put my new chain on.
Do the coil relay.
Needs paint and side cover rubber but it will be a runner!

The L is officially dead. Motor out and frame is chopped.

The blue ED is going to be the new terror bike.
