Seems choosing a colour has been going on for a long time.Complicated by the fact I want to get 1 colour for both bikes. We may have a winner.A dark horse colour has come up and may be the winner.Suspect I will be chossing at the paint store

Think you might be right on this,400 dry it is.

Not much to report.Refining the primer coats to get rid of imperfections. Will wet sand most of the spot filling primer off then finish with a primer/sealer.Paint is a possibility this weekend. If I don't get it done now I'm not going to be able to for 2 weeks.

Access to a spray booth! You're all set now, there'll be no stopping you

And the RZ... well I can understand that. I really wouldn't mind getting an old stroker myself once the 450 is done... ringa ding ding...

Had a very nice Saturday with my pal Aaron.Worked on some of his stuff like:

    His "new"1100GK.Took the carbs out:

Think you need new boots buddy

Here's the 550 I told you about a while back.He has the covers BTW.The RZ350 behind it is a long term project.Pretty rough,it's been modded with what he thinks are FZ conventional forks and wheels. We got it running but it's not right. Some PO put a non stock carb set up on it.For some reason I still want itHe traded the guy with the spray booth his 84 GS750E for the RZ so he'd have a better bike.BTW I meet him,Asked if I could use the booth.I canSounds great. It's huge, about the size of a 3 car garage.busy getting the bodywork ready
