I had mine all polished up at the end of summer, now it is all dirty and needs a good cleaning I am going to wait until it starts getting warmer/less wet before I clean her up again.

Got a three way tie for what do with my exhaust can, this thread http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...d.php?t=170880 Looks like I got to figure it out for my self
Other than that got my exhaust studs done today.
Bought these from a local store a few months ago.been sitting on my desk at home since. Finally time to get it done.Cut the heads off then cleaned up the ends and:
in they went.Pop the old gaskets out, then in with the new.Ready for the pipe .

Back when I first got them I removed the 3 sets of pipes.Had not one broken bolt.Decided to not tempt fate more than I already had.

Hmmm maybe I should be contemplating that too then. I only have four bolts in total and all four came out with no dramas also...1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie

Been working on some things
Painted a oil cooler because I realized it would be a PITA to install if I put the 4>1 on.
Speaking of 4>1's test fit it to try out the studs. The second from the left hung on something.Really hard to get a nut on it.Once I did it popped into place
Did the unseen frame to.

I was looking for something close to the stock frame color. This stuff was recommended in another thread.Very tough rattle can paint.Putting the engine in twice barely touched itThis color is the bonus of that choice..Mechanically it's getting there.Big chunk of bodywork to do,remember it's:
An EFF,lots of plastic to be sanded, even with a power sander
