    Progress!

Got the rear fender chopped, and painted both fenders using Dupli-Color bed protector. Installed the axle mount tag bracket among other things.

Tomorrow it's getting all wired up with new turn signals as well. Now, just waiting on the clubman bars and to get the seat reupholstered,

I am SO glad I changed the oil tonight before I start driving it daily tomorrow. The smell of fuel was so strong, I couldn't even smell the oil anymore, and it was over filled. Luckily I only put about 20 miles on it in this condition.

Good pics of how it sits now, to come tomorrow.

Oh sorry. I've been crazy crazy busy the last month or so. It's coming along nicely, although I haven't been able to do most that I've wanted.

Basically, just painted the tank. Also, I got ripped off for my clubman bars, sorry ass company on Amazon.

I decided I wanted some sort of storage on my bike, so I went to Walmart and bought the handlebar bag they have there for $20. Mounted it like single saddlebag. It's the perfect size.

Well, I got the clubman bars installed. It definitely changed the entire dynamics of the bike, I do enjoy it better now though.

The bad news is, that I ripped out the eyelet for my clutch cable when I was adjusting them, dammit.

Looking good man. Where ya plan on mounting the rear turns? denniskirk.com has cables in stock for our bikes as well as a lot of other parts.

                  It's got rear turns

They are very small LED's and they are super bright. You can see them mounted where the fender bolts up in the very back.

Already have a cable coming in from Z1 enterprize, as well as new clutch springs.

They are whatever Z1 sells, lol.

Hopefully they are stiff, this thing slips BAAAAD in 3rd.

They are EBC, I checked last night.

I at first tried the clubmans upside down, I thought I'd like the feel better, but it looked kind of goofy after I spent a few days around the bike. So, I mounted them correctly.

Now that I got rid of the original "L" handlebars, I notice my bad suspenion way more now. Leaning forward is putting a lot of pressure on my front forks. Looks like that's what I'll be doing next.

I kind of want to go with a late model GSXR front end. I've heard the '93's bolt right up, is this correct?

                          Would something like this work?

                          Even has the triple tree.

                              I never re-addressed that? Sorry!

I ended up finally tracking down the PO from 2 owners ago, lol. I called him up, and thank God he was a nice guy. He lives in Florida, but he has been away for work over in Washington state. The title was here in Florida, so his GF mailed it to him, where he signed it, and then mailed to me.

Now, all is good in the world

Very cool the previous, previous PO was cool.

Its looking good. I love seeing older bike come back to life.
