OK. Here's my first impression of my new Cortech Scarab gloves.

They fit perfectly (medium) and have great quality. There are titanium/carbon protection panels in all of the vital places. Your knuckles, fingers, wrist, palm. There are two velcro straps. A small one is on your wrist and a bigger one is on your lower forearm. Straps provide a nice tight fit. Gloves also have good ventilation. Plus the gloves look so cool .

Crappy little review but I'll say that I love them.

So now, I've placed a few orders on camera mounts.

This one goes on the handlebars.

And this one can go on the front fender, gas tank, seat, and maybe my helmet.

Chinese crap? I know that the suction cup is good since my friend puts it on his gas tank. No trouble for about 4 months now.

I'd like to get a GoPro HD or maybe a Drift HD170. But that will wait until I finish the bike. For now, I'll just use my digital camera and the above mounts.

Get ready for some track and riding videos .

I know the go pro HD comes with quite a few different mounts when you buy it. It may have what you need already.

So that's why the box is so big. But the Drift camera is of much better quality than the GoPro. I've been watching Youtube videos and I can say that I have Drift envy... .

OH YES! Those boots are cool. $180 for the pair? Not too bad considering that they are hand made.

So anyways, look what I got today. It's a brand new duaneage Honda R/R .

Here's everything in the package. The R/R itself, some bullet connectors, and a zip tie. This ought to fix my regulating problem.

This is indeed brand new. That's right. $45 for a BRAND NEW and better than stock R/R. I will try it tomorrow and report back.

QUESTION: This R/R has 3 stator wires (yellow). But my bike only has input for 2 wires. What do I do?

I think you can just plug the 2 in and wrap up the third.

                Wheres the pink tank?

Wasn't able to get it done today either. I totally forgot to do my homework over the weekend so I had to get that done first. By the time I finished school was out, haha!

I'm gonna ask that R/R question to everyone.

K&N sticker on. Yes, I will get K&N filters soon. And a Yoshi. All with time...

I have more K&N stickers if anyone is interested.

Good stuff on the R/R! However, your stator definitely will have 3 wires and all three should be yellow.

Behind your counter sprocket cover, you'll have two bits of harness, one from the stator and one from the gear position indicator switch.

Follow the one from the stator and there will be your answer, by default one of the wires goes into the main harness instead of straight to the R/R.

I bought a sheet that looked just like this. It's the two stickers on the bottom. Perfect size . Although I got mine for only $1 + shipping...

Yup! So basically, I can start riding right now. Or paint . You know... I'm very tempted to just go ride . But alas, I have a project to finish. Two weeks!

OK... I'll just hook it up and test with a multimeter. I guess I'll have to put gas into the gas tank again then drain it when I'm done.
