I bought the o-ring kit from cycle o-rings.
Are they just standard o-rings? I don't know if they'll get shipped to me by this weekend.

I just stopped by to welcome you to the forum in my own, special way.

I'v got plans to tear apart the carbs this weekend, in the meantime I've been finding little things to do with the bike. Yesterday I removed a lot of rust, today I resealed the airbox and I got my new mirrors.
I've also ordered some fuel lines, next I will order a new blinker for the front and a new seat.Last edited by Guest; 03-15-2012, 04:45 PM.

The first thing I did when I got this bike was make a list of things that needed to be replaced/repaired.
Here is my list with X's marking what I have accomplished so far:
Clean Carbs: (This weekend!)
Air Filter: X
Air Box Resealed: X
New Battery: X
Oil Filter(s): X
10W40 Oil: (Oil will be replaced after I clean the carbs)
Seat:
Mirrors: X

Adjust the idle speed screw clockwise until it settles down to a steady idle. It is located between carbs 2 & 3 and reached from the rear of the carbs.
