        Some updates.............

Polished the front wheel . . The whole body is away for final clearcoating. Meanwhile i work at fitting the front and rear wheel as well as getting the motore ready for electronics. Many small things to do but still got no F-in service manual.

          And a little more today........

Did the clear coat myself because the car painter who was going to do it fell off the wagon. So here goes. 98% og things to be painted are painted. Next is just assemble and maybe some mods to front brakes to fit the Nissin´s

As you get further along I'm getting more and more curious to see the end result (as I'm sure you are). This is going to be a cool and unique bike when you are done.

I hope so Two days ago a guy said this was a gay color. I told him that it must take one gay to know another That kind of shut him up
But i wanted to play a litttle with this black/gold color scheme. I saw once a car customeized similar to this.

I think the gold and black is a great combo, Siggi.
Looking forward to a clip of it going down the road when you are finished.

It does not have a gay vibe. You can't satisfy everyone, you have to build it for yourself. For me the red motor cases would have to go. Keep it all black. in fact the gold frame does not work for me. You might have something with the gold and black but the red just kills it for me.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Color is a highly subjective and personal choice. If you like it, then that's what matters. The quality of the work is impressive too.

The red is actually HOK Tangerine. Put on a little thick it might fail to produce coerrectly in the photos as the dark orange it is. And when the sunlight hits it it goes wild, just like the gold paint I did the frame in same color as the body to make the bike more "whole and fatter " so to speak. when you look at the original white body on gold frame, it looks to me like the body is out of place Just trying to sync things a little

It's your bike. GO for it. I'm enjoying your attention to detail. Very nice.

It's not my style, but there is a certain old-school hot rod appeal to it. I do like the gold body work though, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the finished product works together.

Katana is a masculine bike. Tangerine not so much... You don't have to sell me on it. It's real pretty.
