I built a super low seat

My daughter wants to practice riding, but can't reach the ground with my usual cafe seat, so I built this super low (and super uncomfortable) seat for the 550. Cheaper than shorter shocks. Made from plywood, thin closed-cell foam, and a scooter fender. It's easy to swap the old seat back on when I want to ride. It goes back on for good once she gets her own bike.

That looks great! BTW if you can make the side covers thinner it helps with getting feet onto the ground too. Then maybe you could put some padding on the seat. :-)
