I've done a few more jobs on the Suzuki. The carburetors have been rebuilt using new "O" rings and gaskets after being ultrasonically cleaned.

I managed to get a new old stock wiring loom for a very good price. When it arrived it turned out to be for a later four fuse model (mine has a single fuse).
This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I just had to add a new fuse box and wirer it for four separate blade fuses.

This is the old single fuse

New fuse box mounted on the rear fender under the seat.

I've replaced the brake hoses front and rear with Goodridge Build-A-Line hoses.

The calipers were painted with VHT paint.

So far I've replaced about 80% of the bolts with either HT for the stressed areas or stainless steel for the less critical areas.

I started the bike yesterday for the first time since adjusting the valves, timing and rebuilding the carburetors, it sounds sweet compared to how it sounded before.
