What did the plugs look like when you got back ?

You should see what the color is like at different throttle openings.

It should want at least 2-3 bumps in size from the stock 117.5.
    120
    122.5
    125
    127.5
    130. I'd start here and go down. Best to be rich when tuning with new parts.

well, i went directly to 132.5 (pods & those shorty mufflers)
seems to be ok, my idle is a bit high (which is not related to the main jet's anyway)
my pilot screws are 2.5 turns out and my carbs aren't balanced yet.
i see it as a process, just had to ride the thing already!

its a really clean beautiful build - but man, im completely distracted by that obtrusive fanny pack up front lol

Why dont you put that under where the airbox would have been??? so much space!! You could sit it and you wouldnt notice it on the swingarm near th epivot.

I'm with Nik on the tool bag, but aside from that... man top job! Clean is the right word!

She's turned out fantastic and the style is spot on... again I really like the painted line on the tank and how it blends it in with the seat.

              Great stuff!

Thanks guys, yeah i don't like the bag too much either, but i didnt plan ahead for a place to hang it so that's the only place. i must have something for few tools,a yellow vest (mandatory) and papers.
my intention was to hang on the side like a small saddle bag but like i said i didn't make any arrangements for mounting it.

Yup you definitely need a tool bag! I reckon you could still stick with your original idea, just a matter of finding how to mount it.

Maybe a mount fabricated to hang off a shock bolt and another from a strategically placed hose clamp or something...

I got The handlebars for free from a friend, at the time it was better then what i had so i used them, after few rides i realized that they are not comfortable and don't "line up" with my design concept.
So i ordered a Renthal "Low" black handlebar and installed it today, looks better and hopefully will be more comfortable as well

Even better Eran! I believe Renthal bars are the go but never tried a set myself yet... all reports say they should be a comfort improvement.

The best reason for moving that bag is that it almost completely blocks air flow to the top of the engine, potentially creating very bad overheating situations-
