Are You Waiting Out Winter Doing a Rebuild?

This is a great little vid for those of us doing winter rebuilds:

A homage to all craftspeople who spend their winters tucked inside their workshops waiting for better weather. Brought to you by: Cast & Salvage /// www.castandsalvage.com Directed…

That was a really neat thing. It reminds me of my past when I had more time as a single man. Working at my pace in my shop or hanging with buds in my shop or theirs.

Thanks, it brought back good feelings,
    Daryl
1978 Gs1085 compliments of Popy Yosh, Bandit 1200 wheels and front end, VM33 Smoothbores, Yosh exhaust, braced frame, ported polished head
1983 Gs1100ESD, rebuild finished! Body paintwork happening winter 2017:D

I would rather trust my bike to a technician that reads the service manual than some backyardigan that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix things.

I am thankful that I have a wood stove in my shop. Have spent the last 4 days stripping out he head on a tracker and replaceing the leaky head gasket. 55 in the shop, 35 outside.

I wouldn't wait for anything if my workshop was as nice as that, not sure I can even call my tarp a workshop.

Great handgrips on that bike (The one on the stand). Simple idea and looks cool.

Gonna tuck that idea away for another day/build.
