            Hey Mate,
I sold a bike to bloke the other day who is a mechanic. Does roadworthies e.t.c
I could probably send you his details, only a younger bloke, but seems to like the older stuff?

This has nothing to do with your build, but austrailia is a place I have always wanted to go see.A friend of mine was from there, he said have at least 2 weeks when you go, or else you will miss a lot of what there is to see and do.
future owner of some year and displacement GS bike,as yet unclaimed and unowned.

Mate you are always welcome. You would need more than 2 weeks as said, maybe 2 weeks in each State of Australia. I worked with a mate from the USA he was ex Navy like me, went back to Arizona. Worked on the USS Missouri and had climbed through the turret guns.
