The old recovering was ok except there was a wear hole in the left side right where the leg would rub. I think its visible in 1 of the pics. And it didnt have the seat pattern. Was a tighter fit so maybe thats why the foam is also a bit compacted??
Pit replica made the cover from the original one i sent them quite a while ago and they did a great job far as I am concerned. Riding the bike to work today, so all day in the sun may bring it back a little bit.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

Seat foam has expanded a little since I installed the correct cover. It looks much better than when I first out it on. Foam expanded and tightened it up decently.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)
