    Replacement seat foam - source?

Hey guys. I just got some marine-grade vinyl to recover my shredded seat cover.

The foam is a bit worn on the top though, and getting a bit tired and dry and crusty...

Is the foam easily replaced? Is it a big hassle involving a special cutter and such? Replacing it might be better than just recovering old foam.

Get an electric knife at the. Goodwill store (or somewhere like it), it's perfect for shaping foam. As to a source for foam....

You can usually find the foam wherever you bought the vinyl. I buy it from an upholstry supply shop. The denser (harder) foam will be more comfortable but it costs more.

I cut the rough shape with a knife and then fine tune the shape with a sanding disk on an angle grinder.
