    Yep, sounds similar to what I have, another fiberglass piece that is upholstered that will attach to my main fiberglass seat pan with industrial Velcro. Some kind of hinge system would be really nice as well. The rear hoop is from Dime City Cycles. Here is a picture with the seat on, it and the tank and side covers are now out of paint, I'm picking them up today after work actually.

      So I got the motor out last night with the help from a friend. Also had him look at all the welding work I wanted done. I swear the more I take apart the more I find that needs to be fixed. I keep creating more work for myself. Also, my sprockets came in along with some new JIS screwdrivers.

        Great Project! I will be following this one, plan on doing something similar to my Gr that's rolling in, stripped, lowered Cafe style...
