    Hello again I have failed to give any updates, just moved house and finally got a garage to work on the bike myself.
    I have the engine back now, have carbs off a GS500 and managed to get some 2010 GSXR 1000 Forks for a very decent price. I am still trying to figure out what to do with the back wheel.....Either buy a complete back end, swing arm, wheel, disc and all that OR some how find a wheel and tyre that fits nicely into the original swing arm. I can't have a thin cheese cutting rim they look like pushbike wheels!

          You can use a rear wheel from a Bandit 400 pretty easily. They look almost identical to a GS500 wheel, but the GS500 wheel would require some machining to the sprocket carrier to get the chain to line up.

            Update

            Back again, SCRAP the GSXR forks I have sold them and got a donor bike. Front end should go on pretty easily due to same bearings and the steering pin is the same size but 2cms shorter. Back end will hopefully go on with a bit of chopping, cutting and grinding....I will leave that to the expert. Pictures will be up once it is done. Tank and tail to be painted, seat is at the upholsterers, Carby kits at home plus a few other things...HOW DEAR IS A PETCOCK?!?! Well I needed a new one.
            Should be able to make a bit of cash back stripping the donor bike down and getting rid of bits here and there (even had Yoshimura Exhaust on it) so we will just see what happens from here. Until Next Time!

                            What was the donor bike you pulled the front forks and swingarm off of? Looking to do a similar transfer on my bike and was curious what bolted up well.

                              Hey,
                              it's all from a 2013 Hyosung gt650r. The steering stem was just short of 2cm's so it has been pushed up the bottom triple clamp to suit with a bit of a sleeve made up to hold it all tight. There's that much meat on the triple clamp it was all safe to do so.
                              The swing arm was a little trickier, it was catching on the frame so the frame had to be heated up and knocked in a touch so there was free movement and nothing was going to touch. I had to get a 16 tooth 525 chain front sprocket which basically gets the middle cut out and the teeth refitted to the original middle of the Suzuki sprocket with a 16mm displacement so front a rear sprocket are inline with enough room for the chain. Hardest part is over now so its just the electrical tray, battery box and fitting the Hyosung foot pegs and levers left to do when it comes to cutting and welding.
