Daughter.jpgMy daughter wanted to try out the new seat! This is basically how it sits now. I've started working on new side covers from sheet metal and I'll post some pics up soon with those. I also plan on shrinking the front fender. Now if the weather was just warmer! Below is a list of all of the mods/repairs etc. I've done to the bike.

Round headlight + CNC Black Brackets
    Clip-on Bars + White Grips
    Bar end mirrors
Gauge cluster delete (What a PITA!)
    Bandit Speedo
    Tach Delete Plug
Correct Fuel tank + Pet Cock rebuild
    89 GSXR 750 Slingshot Carbs - MJ=150, PJ=37.5
    K&N Dual Oval Filters
    Blue Fuel Lines
    Rebuilt Starter Clutch
    Valve Lash Adjusted
Valve Cover Gasket (removed a bunch of red goop that wasn't keeping the oil in!)
    Shortened Tail Section
    Custom Seat Pan and Seat
    Custom License plate bracket
    Aftermarket Signals and Flasher Relay
    Throttle Tube replaced
Repaired Leaky Kerker Exhaust (It's good to know a welder)
    Started Polishing Engine cases

Things on the list to still do:
    Finish Side Covers
    Finish polishing and cleaning
Vinyl Wrap front forks and Speedo housing
    Aftermarket rearsets - already purchased

Again thanks for anyone who unknowingly helped me with this build by posting to this forum!

Ride.jpg Out for a ride finally! Its running like crap at low throttle/idle. Lots of popping and a bog at less than 1/4 throttle. I believe I need to adjust the float heights. Other than that this bike screams!

89 GSXR Slingshot carbs. Main Jet 150 - Pilot Jet 37.5. I found these jetting recommendations somewhere in these forums. I did not change the float heights from stock and I read somewhere that on the GSXR these carbs where angled more. So I'm thinking the first thing I should do is adjust the float heights lower. At higher throttle it runs great.

Still have all the original parts with the exception of the gauge assembly. Let me know if you need something.

Yessir. I had to take 2mm off of the countershaft bushing to clear the frame though.

                                It's a 17tooth 5/8 offset
Total with shipping was 60 bucks. Really nice quality.
