      Any idea on what handlebars you are going with? Have an 81' GS650E and just starting the build and going for a brat/scrambler look.

        I think I'm going to go with a med rise 29"-30" superbike bar.

        On a side note. I got my pistons in (.5 over). Dropped them off to the machine shop. Should have my top end back in a couple weeks. Started cutting the frame to fit the new tail hoop.(Sorry to the purists)
        Just have to weld everything in then start on my under seat electronics tray.

          Finally got around to fitting the new tail hoop. Just got to weld it up now. Then on to the electronics tray. Check out the updated pics.

            The best "steampunk" themed bike I've ever seen done was a CBX. The layout and styling of it just agreed with it.
