16 47 i made a custom spacer for the 520 front sprocket with a cnc
    enjoy more to come

i should finish the kick stand this weekend just needs powder coated but my wife just gave birth to our second baby so progress has slowed a little bike

Looks Great! Do you remember the thickness of the spacer for the front sprocket?

Thanks for the info But are you sure it's not the back sprocket that's off a 250? I have the same one:

My 520 front sprocket came off a Kawasaki EX500 Ninja

As you can see it has the same dimensions as the gs750:

This is not to be picky, but as people are searching the forum (like I do) to gather info before they shop for new parts, it's better that the info is correct.
When that is said, I love your bike, and I'm reassured now that I won't be having problems with fitting my 150 tyre on a 4.25inch rim with the 520 chain I've ordered
Good luck with both the baby and the bike!

I ran a 170 Michelin Pilot Power on a 5.5" GSXR rear on my 750 Special. It was the thinnest tyre that would fit.

Way less hassle to use a 4.5" and a 150/160.

            The Vstrom has a 17" x 4.5" wheel I believe.

Even better, it is a Honda "Racing" hose clamp.
Your garage isn't even close to messy.

Subframe is built wrong. Not enough clearance at full compression. Tire is gonna rub. Dangerous at high speed and in corners.
