Thanks for all the interest, here is a breakdown:
GS1100ES standard bore freshened with viton valve seals, slotted cam gears, high strength cam chain, aftermarket manual tensioner, and top end oiler. Carbs are 36mm RS Mikuni with Dyna 2000 ignition, 2.2 ohm coils, and JayGUI Racing exhaust.
The front forks are OHLINS designed for ZX14R. The rear are OHLINS designed for ZRX1200R and attached to the Bandit 1200 swinger via custom shocks mounts. Rear swinger set at 12 degrees unweighted (two wheels just touching the ground).
The wheels are OZ Racing Piega forged aluminum and are super light. Wheels are 5.5 x 17 and 3.5 x 17, with 180/55-17 rear tire (both tires are Michelin PP 2CT's).
Brakes all around are Brembo, including the levers and front Brembo RS master, with Spiegler lines.
KOSO gauge cluster, with LSL mirrors and clip ons.
The paint scheme was based off of the GSXR 1000 Phantom Edition, and added a bit of Wes Cooley with the Suzuki logo down the tank.
We ended up with 95mm of trail for those who are interested in the geometry. As for weight, not sure yet, haven't had it on a set of scales.

Oh yes, as far as the rear sets, they are Gilles Tooling designed for ZX12R and I made custom adapter plates to position them. The riding position rocks!

Very nice Darren, love your work! The ES is definitely a good choice too, probably one of the best looking Suzuki's of that era behind the Katana.1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie

Thanks! I have 3 sets of ZRX shocks. How did you get the upper mounts to fit? Did the ZX10 shift lever fit the shift shaft? I have 2 sets of ZRX pegs and could not get it to fit the shaft. I love ES's and probably my all time bike of any brand is a 83 GS750ES. I used the GS shifter arm / lever on the splined shaft and made my own link rod to the ZX12R rearsets ...... one end is reverse thread so had to buy a reverse thread tap.

Mine will just be a stock 1075cc but that'll be a nice upgrade from my 4501982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie
