Rubber carb boots maybe.
BTW, the carb boot O-rings are very important and often neglected...until troubles start. Sort of like valve adjustment.Ed

I was going to say the Olympics but maybe put a ruler next to them for better reference... Carbs would make sense.

They don't fit the carb boots. That was my first thought. There are four about 2 inches in diameter and a one small oring.

Before using that gasket kit you may want to search for feedback regarding Athena gaskets.Ed

there's an o-ring that goes around each cylinder sleeve, maybe it's for those? lord only knows what the one single o-ring is for.Rob

Those 4 O-rings are most likely for the carb boots only Athena provided the wrong size.
As for the quality of the Athena gaskets, this photo is one that I've posted here before a number of times in warning. The below shown failure occurred though a series of head torquing steps; I checked the head nuts after each 100 miles on a rebuild but the torque kept falling off each time. No wonder...

It came with the o- rings for the cylinder sleeves. I have looked on athena's website to see if they give a breakdown of what all comes in the kit but, they do not give a list of parts. I thought like the rest of you guys. It had to be the carb boot o-rings because of there importance. I hate to leave them out but I can't find out where they go.

I recommend that you get an OEM base gasket at minimum.
No sealer is needed. Some guys like copper coat or gasketsinch. That won't hurt but I don't use it.Ed

I would avoid Athena at all costs. I got an Athena complete engine gasket set a few years back. I used the valve cover gasket first when I adjusted my valves, with plans to use the rest at a later time for an engine rebuild.
The valve cover started leaking within a few miles, even though I torqued to spec and in the proper sequence. Took it apart, and the gasket was basically mush. Replaced with oem and after that, no issues.
I threw the rest of the Athena set in the garbage, where it belongs.
