    Gsx1100Es Rebuild from Italy!

Hello! This is my Suzuki. It's all original from 1985.
    New piston Rings
    Carb Rebuild
    New air and oil filter
    New spark plug Dr8es
    Checked valve timing

My idea is to mount the dash closest to the handlebars and mount supports for the front headlight. Give me some advice on how to do it?

Some headlamp ears from a different bike should work, and a custom bracket to hold the gauges.

Tommaselli's headlight brackets are excellent for reducing road vibrations! The understated look of these motorcycle headlight brackets are ideal for your custom build!

      Caio akronos and welcome!

Beautiful bike! Glenn (Dorkburger) should be around shortly...he loves those bikes!

      Interesting headlight set up.

my opinion shouldn't be taken as gospel or in any way that would lead you to believe otherwise (30Sep2021)

        Welcome...
Yes, this is the same Dorkburger (Glen) over at OSS.
May be a bit of a tough find, but a complete E setup for the lights and gauges would be easiest. Be aware that the big headlight setup is not cheap, and is sought after by GS fans and apparently Kawasaki ZRX Guys...

i *think* the gauge cluster is the same with minor differences - the E mounting bracket attaches the cluster to the top yoke, and E cluster does not have the slots in the side that the ES does for its fairing mount. If you can get a hold of an E bracket and live with the slots you may be set. Confirm first though..... This assumes that you want to stay fairly close to a stock look. If you want custom or to fab things, it’s wide open...
