*** SPOILER *** Laguna Seca MotoGP

How good was that race!!! I was getting a little bored at one point, then Stoner started moving... and kept moving...

That overtake on the outside, man that guys got balls! That was the single best overtake of the year so far

So, you guys who went and watched it in person... how good was it???

And yes, Spies did real well after a crap start to knock off Dovi for fourth too...

I missed why Lorenzo was in a lot of pain though, he certainly struggled to get off in the winners area!

Yeah, Stoner ran a great race. He said they knew his bike wasn't at its best with a full tank of fuel but it would get better as the race went on.

According to Lorenzo, his traction control did not engage after FP3 while doing a practice start. He did a nasty high side. It's surprising he didn't get suffer worse injuries.

Ouch! Thanks Joe, haven't caught up on anything other than watching it, and I like to know what's going on... he did well in the race after that!

Man what a race! Just got through watching. Wish they all were that good. I was happy for Bostrom at 37 to finally get a MotoGP ride. Shame he didnt finish.

Simocelli wrecks again. Man that kid CANNOT stay on a bike in a race......

But, that was Simo's 1st visit to Laguna Seca, right?

I think you're right... rookie season and 250's (now Moto2 of course) don't go there...

However, remember one certain young Jorge Lorenzo who spent most of his rookie season injured from the same thing?

                And Stoner .
Next year he could be a contender (if the other riders don't murder him in his sleep) .
I've still got my money on Jorge . Yamaha will throw a lot of money at their bikes shortly so they win the last '800 title .

                Cheers , Simon .

I know this is a MotoGP thread, but how about that move for the lead by Danny Eslick? The Daytona Sportbike class features some really good racing...and a full grid

True! Keep forgetting about Stoner's forgettable first year on the Honda...

My money's on Stoner, Jorge second...

We don't get to see the support races over here unfortunately...
