As you can see by my dyno chart, the sweet spot on the 450's is above 5.5 - 6K RPM... I reckon it'd take off pretty quick if you kept it there while slipping the clutch

Ray, you're tempting me to try that now...

OK sounds good to me. Ill try launching at high RPMs. And ill try to provide footage of it when I can. Thanks.

Yeah you got me curious now... the chain and sprockets are around 20,000km's and look in good condition to my eye.

Unless you're referring to gearing? Stock sizes on there now.

Some time after that dyno run I discovered the chain was a bit slack and it has been adjusted.

Just remember this...when bracket racing (which is what your gonna do) you don`t have to be fast just consistent!!!! If you get the same time every race NOBODY can beat that.

I think your 450 will be faster with a Gene Romero 3 than a Dale Earnhardt 3.

I decided to get the Earnhardt 3 after one night riding the bike. Id get to a stoplight and everybody would start acting all scared of me. Id get behind someone and they'd pull over or make an obviously early turn out of sheer discomfort. I said to myself "Why is everyone acting all intimidated and scared?"

Then I thought to myself "Im the intimidator?" And then......."yea IM THE INTIMIDATOR!!""

So after that night I decided to go on e bay and get a Dale Earnhart #3 to commemorate the occasion. One of the first stickers I put on the bike.

After that I went around beating people off of stop light starts. Didn't matter who they were or what they were driving my GS 450 was just too fast off the line on the streets.
