What bike are you talking about? Honestly, the best person to do this is you but why do you need to change your transmission and what needs to be changed?Cowboy Up or Quit. - Run Free Lou and Rest in Peace

To do work on the transmission the engine will need to be removed, completely disassembled and the cases split. For this to be done at a shop could run you over a thousand dollars, depending on their shop rate and what their mark up on parts is. You will also need a complete gasket set as most of the old gaskets will rip during disassembly. Is your bike worth that kind of investment?
Depending on the model and the problem, it may be cheaper to change the engine for another known good engine or sell the bike and get another one without issues.:cool:GSRick
