    Frozen brake calipars

Just posted this in another thread, and I thought it deserved a place of it's own.

Ok, this is for when you have a brake calipar that is frozen. The mess that this makes is a large one, so try using the brake system from a bike to move the piston first.

Didn't work? Ok, take a normal bolt with the proper threads and thread it into the hole on the calipar where the banjo bolt would go. The next step is to take the bleeder nipple and open it, but don't remove it. Grab ahold of a grease gun, and hook it to the bleeder, and pump away. The pressure that the grease will make is far more then compressed air. I've used this method to break two twin piston calipars lose.

To start getting the calipar cleaned up compressed air works, and it's kinda fun to start shooting grease out of a calipar. You will need to get all the grease out of the calipar.
