    Basket for your GS

Made use of the extra space left behind when I removed the airbox on the 700..wife says all I need now are some tassels and a honky horn.

Not in the pic but I zip tied it to the frame...

    Great spot for the camera...

That's a neat idea! I just ordered a set of pods (planning on a lot of carb tuning in the future) and was wondering what I could do with the extra space.

I've been thinking about a physically larger batter using part of the space the little tool caddy takes up. I keep what I carry on a a daily basis in the tail wrapped up in some shop rags so I really don't need that plastic thing in there and I've been thinking about adding some extra lights now that I'm back in suicidal deer country so extra capacity might be a good thing.

I was thinking something similar. Eventually, I'm going to get a new harness to modify to my requirements, and I was considering moving the battery to the back of the bike. I could use the space previously occupied by both my battery and my stock air box as a big 'ole tool box. Given the amount of allen head hardware on the bike, I could probably carry enough tools in that space to completely tear the bike down.

Very creative, looks good. I mighty add some kind of strap or something to keep the camera from bouncing around.

Years ago I spent a winter in the Alps skiing. I filled my ski poles and the empty space beneath my boot liners with weed.
Needless to say it was a fun filled winter to say the least. On the return home I had hash in there.
