Nice and compact. I built a fairly large bead breaker out of 2X4s that works along the same lines. Takes me longer to dig it out than to have the tire off the wheel. This would be a nice alternative.

Not bad. Is this an in store sale price or is it from a coupon you found? It's hard to keep up with the coupons they post in different magazines and temporary in store discounts.

Do you have to remove the brake disks to use it?

Nice! I wonder how I missed that all these years...

I was thinking about buying one of these from HF and modding it:

I was planning to cut off the spring hooks and weld on some fingers for bead breaking but I guess this time I'll go the cheaper, easier way.

I think you could use it without removing them although a length of 2 x 4 either side to support the edge of the wheel would certainly help make that work so you're not pushing against the disk.

We don't say that either. I finally figured out what it means by reading Harry Potter.

What are you, some kind of nutter? I think it's really dodgy that some blokes on here are not able to get their heads round the English language!

What's the US equivalent? "you people" perhaps?

It's funny the number of differences there are. One thing that I have found funny is that Americans like to use the "big words". (This is a generalisation not a rule).

For example Lacerations & Contusions where as I would say cuts & bruises...

It's definitely an interesting subject although some people are surprisingly sensitive about it for some reason that I don't get?

Says the nutter who throws out a 6 syllable word.
