    Anybody have experience sprocket tool?

I saw this on ebay, and can't decide if this will be helpful in my suspension upgrade, or if it's a waste of $50.

Looks like fun. A straight edge works fine but that looks like a natty little gadget.

I would use it if it was given to me.

Yeah, it is pricy, and I can use another method, but in doing a swapover of GSXR forks, wheels, brakes, and a GS 1100 swingarm, I want to do this properly. But thanks for the opinions.

If a laser really is something you feel you need to align your sprokets, Im sure something like this is just as good. And it has multi uses.

True, it does have multiple uses, and could be used to align a chain.

The problem is getting it set up so that it aligns properly to the rear sprocket so it can project its beam to the front socket. THAT is where I see that the product that is presented in the original post would be worth it.

IF I had a chain-driven bike, I would consider something like it, if not that actual product.
