Eric asked me to share this video for others to learn from

This seems to be pretty straight forward for one guy to do. One thing to remember is that the front of the bike is held up by strapping the frame to
    the ceiling joists.
Looks like a Great idea. For those that don't agree with his madness you have
    to agree with his methods.

This is the easy way to do it.I use an automotive floor jack, a short piece of 2 X 6 under the engine with short pieces of wood to level the engine and jack ...

It does look easy but I would be concerned that the bike frame was stable and wouldn't tip over. I think a second pair of hands would also be helpful to move the engine when it is out of the frame. They are very heavy.

    Thanks for sharing.

      Lot of talking…after some drinking.

That was easy enough, but I had to mute the sound and just skip to the simple pulling of the engine out.

He is clearly drunk. His speech patterns and belligerent attitude toward people using different methods are clear indicators.

I do not give a damn about your attitude or feelings he was drunk in that video.

Now I have to listen to the whole thing…. Thanks, Rusty.

I don't think so. I talked to him on the phone a while ago, he just sounds like that.

He sounds the same as on other videos he's sent me. That's just a Murrican drawl.

Back to video's content.Just me and my wife have lifted and dropped a frame on an engine 4 times now.Still WAY easier to wrestle a 30-40 lbs frame than a 200+lbs engine IMHO.Plus I don't have a transmission jack to help lift the engine. It really is easy with a bare frame.Pretty typical Eric, his way is the only way

Funny I removed the engine from my donor bike with the frame lift method.
I used a jack and a piece of plywood to remove the engine and do the swap on my bike while it was upright.

I had no idea that the guy in the video was our Eric.

It's pretty easy just to toss it in the frame from the right side. Two guys it's a piece of cake but one can do it OK. Maybe on a big shifty it might be harder.

I tried laying the bike on it's side it was much harder.

Sliding the engine over onto the lift table at the correct height is easiest yet.

SO if this is banned Eric why in hell is someone posting in the forums for him
OLD Skool is trolling vicariously using the same tone and language Eric used on this forum.

I guess we need another person or two banned if they are going to facilitate this.

Eric gets to sit back and have a chuckle. Glad I got to see the vid the guy is clearly drunk or crazy. It pretty much shows what all the other members had to say about him encapuslated in a short video.

Banned is banned so it off to Frank for a Holiday message.

He looks and sounds like death warmed over. Dude is seriously in rough shape.

I pull engines by lying the bike on it's side. One man job.
