What I did was to remove my srews before they got stripped. I chocked up a drill bit just large enough to make a hole for the thread portion to slip into. Then I drilled right down the center of the old screw till the head came off the threaded area. I remove the new taipered washer I just made from the end of the drill bit, de-burred it, and slipped it on the new allen bolt. Repeat the aboved for the other screw and now you have two and you'll never fudge up your resivoir again.

allen bolt taipered screw swap.
Maybee you can find a taipered allen bolt to replace those pesky screws on your brake resivoir and this info will be worthless.

hmm, maybe I'll have to check out the box of tapered allen head bolts that I have to see if any of them will fit my resevoir.
