All in all, he's in very good spirits and working through the next steps
Good spirits eh? All the insurance and paperwork flying around. I saw the form for the initial diagnosis in Jasper. They had checked the box marked dizzy/giddy. Apparently, they hadn't met me before. Brian and Robin had come to check on me, and we were just having a normal (for us) conversation. Except for the fact I was laying in bed. I could still feel and wiggle my toes, and I think by then I had already learned to pee into the bottle, so there was no immediate cause for concern. I didn't know yet what hospital-grade painkillers do to the digestive tract. Wanna hear a story?
