    80 1100ET 1150 rear wheel swap help

I swapped out the rear wheel from an 1150 and I am haiving an issue. It seems to be narrower than the original wheel, there is a lot of space on the right side (non-chain side). The chain looks perfectly lined up, but I have to crank the large nut way too much and it looks like it is actually pushing the swingarm in to get it right. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I need to do to correct it? One friend of mine thought that the orientation of the parts might be wrong, but I can't see how they are wrong, they match the manual's picture.

You need a or some spacers on the brake side. Either between the brake hanger and the bearing spacer, or out board of that.. The 1150 HUB is narrower than the 1100..
