Brake Drag Noise?
I recently installed EBC front pads on my '81 450T. When I push the bike in neutral I can hear them rubbing on the rotor, it's not a loud sound but I can here the rotor sliding on the pad. Is this normal for new front brakes? Thanks for looking.Tags: None

It's normal on any car or motorcycle. The pads never retract completely away from the rotor.
Have you serviced the calipers recently, the pistons maybe partially stuck, this would cause a louder noise than normal.
Also what pads did you buy? Some pads (such as EBC HH) are much louder in this regard in my experience, especially against our old rotors that weren't really designed for that pad type.1980 GS1000G - Sold
