    Tuorial for tire changes

I have looked around a lot and have never found a complete step by step write-up on tire changing.

I just bought new tires and overheard the shop guy tell another customer that they charge $45.00 per wheel.

    Thank You.

$45? Around here, it's $75, on or off the bike, whether you bought your tires from them or not.
Search some more, there is a tutorial on tire changing, here's a link that might help you out: http://members.dslextreme.com/users/bikecliff/
