So yesterday, I accidentally broke the tab off of where the reservoir meets up to the frame. When I go to change it out, is it necessary to bleed the entire brake system again or is there a quick and easy way to swap it?

Pinch the line below the reservior and than swap out for the new one ,you should be ok without bleeding. Check your pedal and make sure it feels the same. If its spongy you may have to bleed out the bubble. -
As long as you don't pump the pedal and move an air bubble into the master cylinder, you should be OK.
