bandit swing arm?
so i have decided to start collecting the components to upgrade my 81 1100e's suspension as well as parts to make my newest acquisition a 78 gs1000(soon to be track bike) i have a line on 1 maybe 2 gixxer front ends(thanks ray) but what i'm now looking for is a bandit swing arm(we'll determine later what bike will get it). the only thing is i'm not sure of is if i want a mono-shock or not. i figure if we're gonna do frame bracing on the 1k we might as well give her the mono-shock set up. is it goes on my old girl it would be standard set up. then again if someone has a swing arm laying around and sees this and feels like parting with it that may also influence what we do. i've yet to look on fleebay for a swing arm, but i will soon as i finish here, i just trust ya''ll a lot more then themTags: None

I have one for sale. Not sure if the frames on the 81 & 82's are different measurements at the swing arm pivot, though. If they are the same, I have the proper top hat spacers. I also have the shock mounts and bushings to mod the bandit arm for dual shocks.
With the spacers sized as they are, the rear brake hardware that sits on the inside on the inside of the frame (RH side) will need to be relocated. That was a project I decided not to under take. I got the top hat spacers and stuff from Katman here on the GSR. Very nicely made.
Drop me an email if you're interested.

Dan-O: Howdy and Love you too. Doing good, feeling good.
Me: Give 'em hell, Little Bro!
Dan-O: Roger that! :)
