Tab washers on GS450 needed?

I am taking apart the front wheel, for regrease and also want to remove the front disc rotor and clean up repaint the disc. I did a quick search of the board but didn't find any information regarding tab washers.

I can't seem to find a way to remove the rotor bolts, due to the tab washer being in the way. ie. the washer blocks a socket or wrench.

any suggestions? I suppose if I damage them I could reorder some.

Hello:

You can flatten them using a large flat screwdriver or cold chisel. They usually only use two of the avialable four tabs so you can avoid buying new ones.
