    Another potential issue for seating the bead is inadequate air hose size. If you're running something very small like 1/4" ID, upgrade to a larger hose.

      Thanks for the replies. I got the beads set. Steve, I did rotate the tire about 90 degrees in one direction, and maybe 30 in the other direction and there was no improvement. I was having trouble getting the tire to rotate. I put a wooden tool handle thru the spokes while the wheel was on the balancing setup to keep the rim from rotating and lubed things up and got it to rotate some but it was pretty difficult. I wanted to do 180 degrees, but I think that really would have been about where it was the first time. I'm 63 now but I go to the gym 3 times a week, now that I'm retired. Maybe if I up it to 4 times a week I can wrassle a tire. Taping 67 grams on balances it perfect. Maybe I have set some type of dubious GS record.
