Brake Line attachment at triple tree

    Hey guys,

I'm at the rebuild phase of my project. I have the brake lines hooked up the way they originally were on my bike. If you were standing in front of the bike, facing the forks and looking from left to right, you would see
brake line to caliper, brake line to m/c, attachment clip to triple, then the other brake line to caliper. So the longer (double) banjo bolt is on the side closest to the m/c.

I was looking through a parts fiche on bikebandit the other day (http://www.bikebandit.com/1980-suzuk...5985#sch274208) and noticed that both caliper lines were actually separate from the m/c line. You'll see the longer banjo on the side opposite to the m/c in that diagram.

Which is correct? Does it matter? It's all still pressurized, right?

The caliper lines are supposed to be split, one on each side of the junction. Sounds like you got it right.
